Peony Collective
Turkey's first authenticated luxury resale marketplace. I lead the technical side: I put verification inside the buying flow and built a payment flow that protects buyer and seller at the same time.
JNR VIP Transfer
An end-to-end booking system for luxury transfer services. I moved requests off the phone and onto the site, and built a separate dashboard for fleet and driver tracking.
Karaca File Market
A B2B commerce platform I built from scratch for security netting and industrial textiles. Rather than force trade-specific needs like proforma invoicing into off-the-shelf tools, I wrote them as their own modules.
Karaca ERP System
A bespoke ERP that digitised the company's daily operation. I unified orders, stock, accounts and invoicing in one panel and automated the data flow between the storefront and the ERP. (Closed source under NDA.)
